The Long Beach Cactus Club was started in 1933. It is the oldest cactus club in the USA.

Hobbyists and researchers both benefit by sharing their common interest in these fantastic plants. The Club's objectives are to promote knowledge, stimulate the study of and interest in Cacti and other Succulent plants through educational programs, public exhibits and the sharing of this common interest.

The public is welcome to join the club whether professional, beginner or expert.
